  • Emory is in the process of implementing adjustments to our travel and expense reimbursement practices that should make traveling on business an easier experience for faculty and staff.  

Relevant News & Information

  • We have been experiencing delays in the My Wallet feeds from the new Visa Corporate Cards – most charges should appear within 3-4 days, but some charges have taken up to 7 days. Please be patient and only credit.cards@emory.edu if charges do not appear in My Wallet after 10 days.
  • There have been inquires about password setup in PaymentNet. When creating your password in PaymentNet, please be aware that the password must meet these criteria: 1) no less than six, and no longer than eight characters long 2) the password must contain one letter and one number, and 3) the password cannot contain any special characters. 
  • Purchasing Cardholders do not need to take any action currently. The Amex Purchasing Card will work for the foreseeable future. If you have charges such as local business meals or conference registrations, you should apply for a Corporate Card for those types of purchases. 
  • If you are processing expense reports with Corporate Card charges for the first time, we highly encourage you to sign up for Expense Report Training at ELMS.
